Lawyer Fabio Preziosi

He joined the Sandulli & Associati Law Firm in January 2003, becoming an associate Partner in March 2011.
In 2018, with Federica Sandulli, Ilaria Pascucci and Domenico Sandulli, he founded the new Sandulli & Associati trade Association, managing the activities in Avellino. He performs extrajudicial / consultancy and judicial activities, in civil, corporate, bankruptcy and banking matters, assisting, among others, primary credit institutions throughout the national territory; he also is President and member of arbitration boards. He manages, by the Court, bankruptcy procedures of important industrial and commercial companies as Bankruptcy Trustee and Judicial Commissioner. Having gained experience in this sector as well, he assists companies which want to restructure their exposures through the use of voluntary bankruptcy procedures, certified recovery plans pursuant to art. 67 l.f., agreements pursuant to art. 182 bis L.F.
